Louison Coiffet of France won it in 9:37:22. Ben Dhiman of the United States was second in 9:38:02, 40 seconds back after nine and a half hours. Italy's Cristian Minoggio was third in 9:41:54, four and a half minutes behind Coiffet, with Baptiste Chassagne fourth in 10:02:39 and Baptiste Coatantiec fifth in 10:20:50.
Candice Fertin-Baccon of France won the women's race in 11:53:31, 23rd overall. The results list 993 finishers.
Dhiman set the course record at the Lavaredo 120K in Cortina in 2025. On Saturday morning that record went to Hannes Namberger; two of the biggest long races in the Alps ran a day apart.
Three men within five minutes after 88 km of alpine trail is a race, not a time trial. The Mont-Blanc 90K rarely gets that close.
