Graval Run and your health

A training plan is general guidance, not medical advice, and the app is not a doctor. Check with one before a big jump in training, especially if you have a heart condition, an injury or are returning after a long break. Stop if something hurts. You are responsible for your own training decisions. Run on roads and trails at your own risk.

Subscription

Graval Run is a monthly subscription bought through Apple. The price is shown in the app before you buy. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, and Apple charges your Apple ID. Cancel any time in your iPhone’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules. The in-app purchase is licensed to you under Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement.

What you can and can’t do

Use the apps for your own training and reading. Don’t copy, resell, reverse-engineer or scrape them, and don’t use the race search to build another service.

Races

Race listings come from RunSignup and the race organisers. We don’t run the races, take entries or guarantee that a listing is accurate. Enter on the race’s own page under its own terms.

The magazine and journal

Articles are ours or credited to their sources. Quote with a link; don’t republish whole pieces. Nothing in them is medical or professional advice.

The shop

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Orders are made to order and ship in the time shown at checkout. Returns and problems: write to hello@graval.co within 30 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out.

No warranty, limited liability

The apps and site are provided as they are. We don’t promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, USA.
