A running plan built to the mileage you choose. Every session on your watch. Every run checked against the plan.

What it does
You pick the peak
Tell Stride your race, what you run now and the most you want to run in a week. It builds to that number and never past it.
A whole season, not a block
Base, strength, speed, peak and taper, counted back from race day. Add the next race and the next season builds behind it.
Every session, step by step
Warm-up, reps, rests and cool-down, each with a pace set from your own fitness. Easy days come with a limit, not a target.
On your watch
Connect Garmin once and the next two weeks sit in your Garmin calendar, with pace and heart-rate alerts on the wrist. Apple Watch through Apple Health.
Every run checked against the plan
Pace, heart rate, cadence, power, the route and the splits, next to what the plan asked for. The session ticks itself off.
A plan that bends
Move a session to another day. Say a run felt hard, or something hurts, and the next hard day eases. Races drop in and the weeks around them adjust.
Mac too
The same plan on a bigger screen: the week, the month, the whole season as a chart, drag a workout from the shelf onto a day.
Pace plans and race finder
Splits for any race, even or negative, hills marked. Find a race near you and put it on the calendar.
No account, no feed
Nothing to sign up for. No sharing prompts, no leaderboard. Your runs stay on your phone and your own iCloud.

How it’s different
Other apps hide the mileage
They ask your ability and your days, then decide your miles. Stride asks for the number and builds to it.
Other apps start hard
A first week with tempo and hills is how people get hurt. Stride builds the aerobic base first, then adds speed as the race gets close.
Other apps stop at the race
Stride thinks in seasons. Winter 5K, spring half, fall marathon: each one builds on the last.
Other apps need a login
Stride has none. Open it, answer five questions, and the plan is there.
One price

Questions
Which watches work?
Garmin through Garmin Connect, which writes workouts to the watch and reads runs back. Apple Watch through Apple Health. COROS and Suunto are next.
Do I need a Garmin?
No. Any run that lands in Apple Health counts, from any watch or phone app that writes there.
What distances?
5K to the marathon, road, trail, track and cross country. Longer efforts are run as mileage seasons.
Can I change the plan?
Yes. Move sessions, edit the steps, swap a workout from the shelf, change a race day. The weeks around it rebuild.
What does it cost?
$9.99 a month after a two-week free trial, through the App Store. Cancel any time in your iPhone settings.
Where is my data?
On your phone and in your own iCloud. If you connect Garmin, our server holds each run for up to 30 days until your phone has collected it, then deletes it. Nothing is sold or shared.
